For those who would like a Financial and Estate Plan* only, the rates are as follows:

Financial + WILL-based Estate Plan

Financial + TRUST-based Estate Plan

$249 for couples

($199 per individual)
Includes state-specific documents:
  • Last Will & Testament
  • HIPAA Authorization
  • Living Will
  • Power of Attorney
A Will may be right for you if you have minor children, are married, own a home, and/or own less than $160,000 in assets.
With a Will, you can:
  • Name guardians for your children and pets
  • Designate where you'd like your assets to be distributed
  • Detail your funeral and burial arrangements

$499 for couples

($399 per individual)
Includes state-specific documents:
  • Revocable Living Trust
  • Pour Over Will
  • Living Will
  • Power of Attorney
  • Certification of Trust
  • Schedule of Assets
  • HIPAA Authorization
A Trust may be right for you if you own one or more properties, are expecting an inheritance, and/or have over $160,000 in assets.
With a Trust, you can do everything a Will can do, plus:
  • Avoid probate court
  • Have greater control over your asset distributions

Next Steps

Financial Plan

  1. Required Documents: You will complete a Document Checklist and a Concerns & Objectives form.
  2. Planning Areas: We will discuss and agree on the planning areas to be analyzed (e.g., retirement, education, cash flow, budget, life insurance, etc.)
  3. Written Document: I will deliver to you a written financial plan with practical action steps.

Estate Plan

  1. Appointment Prep: You will receive an estate planning workbook to complete, so you are prepared for the first appointment. I will also gladly provide educational videos, articles and white papers for questions you may have.
  2. Data Input Appointment: I will ask you questions and guide you through creating the basis of your estate plan.
  3. Document Creation: Your estate planning documents will be mailed to your home (also available electronically) to review, sign, and notarize. In unique situations, you may want to speak with an attorney, and we can coordinate that discussion through our partners at Trust & Will for an added fee.
  4. Execution and Funding: I will work with you to make sure your estate plan is executed and properly funded.
